Answered every hour of every day
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
You are never billed for this service
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Insured, credentialled and nearby
The contractor on the other end is independent, carries the credentials California requires for this work, and is based close enough to Fontana to turn up. Ask what it holds and for proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What is not being guaranteed here
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
